Mrs. Makafui Nutifafa Akua Demanya, a Human Resource Consultant had an intensive development training session with the BlueCrest school of Fashion & Design Faculty on Thursday, 28th October , 2021. The training had the resource person taking the faculty through diverse areas of personal and social development.

We love the fact that there should be possible solutions to every problem,and these were seven amazing solutions that Mrs. Makafui Nutifafa Akua Demanya left us with.

Here are six-steps for an effective problem-solving process:

1. Identify the issues.

2. Be clear about what the problem is by going straight to the point.

3.Understand everyone’s position on a matter and the interest behind their positions and do not take sides.

4.Suggest possible solutions.

5.Do not impose. Parties should also actively figure out potential solutions with the needed guidance.

6. Evaluate the options with the parties  Select a mutually beneficial option and guide parties to implement the solution.
