Business tycoons of today have one challenge; availability of well-groomed human resource with good attitude, competence and passion for excellence. No wonder the CEO of McDan Group of companies, Daniel Mckorley says “I no longer hire degrees and certificates”
It is against this background that Bluecrest Business School has taken it upon itself to nurture its students to be industry-ready. With its competent and passionate faculty members, state of the art facilities and well-coordinated and relevant curriculum, the school serves as an enabling environment for nurturing world class professionals. The department inculcates into its students the spirit of excellence and integrity through its internship and attachment program.
Mamadou Sall, a semester six Procurement and Supply Chain Management [PSCM] student, is one of the proud beneficiaries of this effort by the department. He joined Transglobal Logistics early this year as an intern and ended up securing a job for himself to support his education at BCC. Mamadou is very happy about the opportunity and shares his joy “My greetings to everyone! I have come to you today to encourage all of you to take advantage of the opportunity that the school is giving to us through internships to gather experience before completing. This will make you more competitive in the professional world. The bold step I took with the support from the department has secured me a permanent job as Logistics officer”.
