Moodle Knowledge Base – Support Center launching soon

Something new is about to hit the corridors of BlueCrest College.

The Moodle unit is putting together a centralized tutorial point for all Moodle queries.

The knowledge base would provide an all-round answers and tutorials on how to effectively use all the Moodle authoring tools and resources. Faculty members and students alike would be able to self-teach themselves on how to navigate the Moodle platform. The Moodle knowledge base is strategically developed to address the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) of faculty members and students collated over the past one and half years. The knowledge base has screenshots from our Moodle LMS coupled with detailed down-to-earth guidelines on almost every aspect of the Moodle platform. An Advanced search system called (Ajax) has been incorporated into the knowledge base to make search of articles easier.

The inspiration behind this new system is to make life easier for existing and new faculty members and students as well.
